"Gina answered my desperate call for help at very short notice on Christmas Eve and went out of her way to attend to my beloved little dog. Gina is kind, quietly spoken, calming and compassionate - all attributes when attending to an ‘in house’ call to euthanise one’s precious and much loved family pet. Gina allows the pet she is attending to become relaxed and comfortable with her presence and the owner/s time to say their ‘farewells’ to their pet encouraging close contact for pet and owner to cherish their last moments together.
