When booking your appointment, please ensure you select the correct size for your dog based on our price chart. Please note that you will be charged based on the size of your dog, not what you originally booked.

For dogs with matting issues, please be aware that additional fees may apply, starting from $30 depending on the severity of the matting. Our pricing is also dependent on the condition of your dog's coat and the required length. The more prep work and fluff drying needed, the higher the grooming cost. Keeping curly coats long may also incur extra charges due to the time-consuming prep work involved.

If you're looking for a groom in between full grooming sessions, our maintenance groom is a great option. It helps keep your dog's coat in excellent condition, leaving them looking and smelling great. Please note that this groom does not include deshedding. For double-coated dogs, we recommend booking the full Regal groom.

Setting your pup up for a regular grooming schedule is important to ensure they become familiar with the experience and build a relationship with our groomers. We recommend a minimum of 2-3 puppy grooms before booking the Regal groom. Please ensure your pup is fully vaccinated (a minimum of 7 days post-final vaccine) and bring their vaccination booklet with you.
