"On our first visit we felt the environment and staff were welcoming. Our vet gave us clear information on our pets diagnosis and follow up procedures. We felt listened too and communication was excellent. A warm, friendly experience. Thank you."
"The wrongful stitching caused my rabbit to have another $300 of medication and. they hung up on me, told to go to a different vet (while still owing staples to be removed, and a lot of money on credit). They cannot handle any criticism or complains. If you do they will treat you like rubbish. And they deny everything you say even spcas request. They will only cause pain to you and your pet. Had to go to SPCA to help with my case because they refused to help my poor rabbit; they made the mistake of bad stitches that tore her belly apart. They denied all of it, my poor rabbit was stapled improperly and we were charged for it. SPCA were shell shocked to find that they stapled her including charges. This practice is not used anymore in SPCA as it is indeed too cruel. No extra medication or pain relief was given to her before stapling. Animal cruelty at its finest. After all of the microchip want even working at all; after paying 100+ for it. What would happen if we had lost her they would be to blame. Said they would email back about that and never did. Its like giving kindergartners the role of being a head nurse and to run a clinic themselves. Unhygienic ally dirty clinic; tables had reminiscence of past pets, ripped couch to sit on and had an OLD USED PROBE laying on the vet table which was about to be used on my poor rabbit. Asked multiple times to meet the manager, gave excuses saying she was busy everyday and cannot meet or have a phone call only email. I emailed but NO REPLY from the manager. These people will not help you or your pet. They will only cause pain to you and your pet. They caused me so much stress and they only cared about their own staffs feelings and not the pet or customers. Reply to the owners response: All of a sudden the owner finally replies after being absent for 4 weeks behind a computer screen on a google review too coward to talk upfront. Doesn't like to address any issues stated. Only cares about their reputation as seen in the response in a fake positive manner so they look good. They did not help discuss any issues or problems completely ignored all of it no phone calls no email replies they still owe a huge sum of money and a new microchip and completely a huge scam. Have absolutely no idea how this isn't shut down. Instead of being fake and saying I hope your rabbits have a good future. I will say I hope for the downfall of your business in the future. I feel bad for all the other reviews who have had similar experiences too. By far the worst vets in Auckland."
"Poor and expensive service. We've been almost 1 hour for nothing and I paid $150 for a simple check??? The staff speak like kids. First time I've seen that they take your pet to another room and they apply some product that you cannot see. Suddenly the vet disappear and another comes. Not professional at all. After that experience, we went to Animates next to Pet Doctors and they gave us some advices and told us everything what we needed to know. Not coming back and I don't recommend it."
"Awesome care for our rabbits. Vets, Nurses and reception staff are ways clear with info, super approachable and helpful. Highly recommended for your 'exotic' pets ."
