Our clinic operates on weekdays from 8:00am to 6:30pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:00pm. However, please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there may be times when we have limited staffing due to self-isolation of COVID-positive staff members. Rest assured, we prioritize the health and well-being of sick pets over routine visits, such as vaccinations. Therefore, we may need to reschedule or defer any existing routine appointments at very short notice. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
For repeat prescriptions of your pet's medication, we encourage you to email us at petmd@bbvet.co.nz. Once your prescription is ready for pickup, we will promptly notify you via text message. However, please bear in mind that due to high demand and potential supply issues, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours for collection.
