"quite upset with the unexpected canceling- not here to bad talk anyone just warning out that i placed an appointment for my kitten 1 month in advance and when arrived on the date of my booking they said i had not had a booking yet i had a text from the day i made my booking confirming the booking. when called up they said it was cancelled with no note left. a little ridiculous that i was not contacted about the cancellation. staff are all great and helpful but just call and confirm a wee in advance on your booking to make sure it hasnt all of a sudden been cancelled."

"Always late! And very expensive Every time I bring my cat we wait for at least 20 min past our appointment time. Today it was 45 min so I had to write a review.. It’s so distressing for me and her. She meows the entire time and upsets all the other animals. I always book early in the morning. Wonder how long is the delay later in the day. .. Is there a way of making this smoother? May be tell us that you are running late?"

"We are always impressed by the staff at this vet. With three cats (one who gets in fights), we're in here quite a lot. They're often a little busy, but I have always been given the time to ask any questions (no matter how silly). Every member of staff makes me and my pets feel comfortable and welcome. I appreciate being able to book appointments online. While same day appointments are not usually available, we have never had to wait longer than a day or two. The staff has always let us know of other options such as after hours emergency vet clinics or other clinics that may have availability."
