Massey University Early learning centre

Welcome to the Massey University Early Learning Centre, located at Albany Highway, Auckland. As an establishment and point of interest, our centre offers high-quality early childhood education for children of Massey students and staff on the Manawatū (Palmerston North) and Auckland campuses.

At our not-for-profit centre, your child will feel at home in a newly-built facility with a history of positive Education Review Office reports and great teacher-to-child ratios. Our highly-qualified and experienced teachers provide nurturing care for children from birth to six years old.

We pride ourselves on being a community-oriented daycare centre, and have been caring for the kids of Massey parents for over 40 years. Your child will thrive in our innovative and inclusive environment, where they can learn and grow alongside their peers.

For Massey whānau, we offer a unique experience with our Kōhanga Reo, providing a high-quality full immersion reo Māori environment for tamariki aged from six months to six years old. Our dedicated team of kaiako work hard to create a nurturing and culturally rich experience for our community.

We also offer after school childcare and holiday programmes for school kids aged between five and 13 at Massey Kids' Club on the Manawatū campus. We can conveniently pick them up from most schools in Palmerston North, where they can enjoy playing, learning, and resting with their friends at our 'clubhouse'. Our holiday programmes are filled with fun activities and engaging trips to keep children active and entertained.

Please note that we do not offer childcare on the Wellington campus, but there are excellent preschool and after-school care options located nearby.
