At Milford Baptist Kindergarten, we prioritize your child's individual needs by maintaining a low educator-to-child ratio. With one educator for every 6-7 children, our team of highly qualified and registered educators is able to give each child the attention they deserve. This exceeds the Ministry of Education's requirement of one educator for every 10 children.

Our learning program is licensed by the Ministry of Education and is constantly evolving to suit the interests of our children. We believe in a child-focused approach that encourages their natural curiosity and fosters their love for learning. Our purpose-built facility is specifically designed to meet the developmental needs and interests of our students.

At Milford Baptist Kindergarten, we take a genuine interest in your child and family. We welcome parent helpers to contribute to our wonderful community and ensure a strong partnership between home and kindergarten. We understand that as a parent, your hopes and dreams for your child are important, and we aim to meet your aspirations through recorded learning stories and continual feedback between yourself and our team.

Once a week, we collaboratively reflect, assess, and evaluate observations, including project learning. The information collected on learning experiences, art samples, and photos are made visible on our display board, showcasing what is being covered. Learning stories are regularly updated and evaluated against planned outcomes.

We believe that every child is unique, with a God-given potential to grow as confident and competent learners. Our approach focuses on developing healthy minds, bodies, and spirits, ensuring each child is respected as an individual and encouraged to reach their full potential.
