So sweet and gentle, professional and friendly, and she always does amazing with my brows & lashes. She's very attentive and makes sure you understand the procedure you're committing to if it's not something you've had done before. Electrolysis might be a little bit painful of course, but I've started to see the difference after a few sessions and I'm very happy.
