"Fine until Covid hit, they started to give me appointments that didnt work for me and when I tried to change them, my cuts deteriorated and my experience became very upsetting, normally they had my chair ready and on this occasion they made it very clear they no longer valued my clientele so I stopped going, however, Megan was an exceptional hairdresser but she hurt her arm and her cuts deteriorated and during my last cut she was very rude. I never went back. She took exception to my telling her, that her cuts were not what I wanted. I had been going to Glo for several years before they moved to Paremata and after, very disappointing to be treated so badly"
