Natasha was super kind, helpful, skillful and knowledgeable. She provided a lot of care advice specific to me and my needs throughout the process and gave me the exact restyle I wanted as someone with thick, curly hair who's had a lot of bad luck with other hairdressers in Wellington. Needless to say, this has been my best experience with a hairdresser. The environment is relaxed, really puts you at ease and everyone in the salon is lovely. I will absolutely be coming back, cannot recommend this place enough!"

"Wow, I could not be happier. Jay'd spent such a long time on the phone making sure she knew exactly what I wanted at my appointment. Her professionalism filled me with confidence. As soon as I stepped into the salon I felt at home and she couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, even fitting my appointment in at the last minute. No one else in Wellington got the red colour I was looking for right except for her. It is not an easy job going for such a drastic change but she was undaunted. I'm so happy with the finished colour and cut."
