"As an Experience this is a great activity, plenty of equipment and helpful safety advice and follow up. However my child had a minor medical event and fainted on site. Not one staff was first aid certified at the time and could offer any assistance. Fortunately I have a First Aid certificate and was able to place her body in a recovery position . In such a risky and hazardous environment, I feel at least one staff on site needs to be able to assist with first aid until an ambulance arrives."

"Great indoor place for kids. Clean and bright. all the games work properly. Staff are very friendly and helping. This can easily fill half a day for kids to play and have fun Something that could improve this place is an on-site cafe. It also has quite decent size rooms for functions and parties."
