"I bought a record player here (I know old school) and made the mistake of not talking to an expert there. Therefore I just bought the cheapest and surprise surprise it was rubbish. Took it back and this time talked to someone who knew what they were talking about. He really explained the pros and cons of each model and really helped me make the right choice. I strongly advise asking to speak to someone who is knowledgeable about the device you are looking for. Worth asking what the best price is too as sometimes there us leeway. No hassle in making the exchange. No pressure to buy the most expensive. Just genuine guidance. Got it home and it sounds incredible. Great experience."
"I recently had a terrible experience at the store, and unfortunately, I have to give it a one-star rating. The lady on the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made my visit to the store very unpleasant. The lady who assisted me from start to finish was in no mood to help and made it pretty obvious that she did not want to be there. She had a nasty attitude towards me and made me feel unwelcome. It was clear that she had no interest in assisting me may be because of my color. She made the whole shopping experience an unpleasant one. In sales, people can sometimes come off as grumpy until they make a sale. But this lady was worse than that. It was as if she had no interest in serving customers and was not happy to see people coming to the store. I would not recommend the JB Hi-Fi store to anyone, and especially not due to the customer service. An unpleasant attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and I hope the store considers training their staff better in providing quality customer service. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
