"The store has everything you would expect from big W. The staff are friendly and the service was fine. I don’t like the way Big W chains have their workers in casual clothing now, it’s hard to tell who works there."

"They have just started renovations, so the whole back section is mostly empty. New flooring looks great! As the store is in disarray, they have plenty of helpers to direct us to the correct area. Thanks for a smooth transition Big W!"

"Have done a click and collect for 3:00-3:30 been waiting early from 2:45 and then get told that the time is just a “suggestion” and that my items haven’t even been picked out yet so even if she started it then it would’ve taken an hour! That was the only time I was able to pick up today this is ridiculous. If a time is allowed to be picked you have it ready like Kmart, woolies and everywhere else!"

"Zipped into Big W today to print photos for this project. My heart sunk when I saw a que of 30 plus at the check outs. A huge thank you and congratulations to Ross at the photo shop counter. I had some technical challenges which he resolved quickly with a smile behind his mask. He then jigged my order to enable it to be printed there and then. Exceptional service. Next, off to the service counter to return a item. Again, outstanding service by the young man there. Sorry I didn’t catch your name. He not only processed my return, but processed some new purchases meaning I missed the line up at the front. The staff are all working so hard and they are doing a great job. Congratulations boys. You made my visit seamless. Thanks."
