“I really love this opshop, it's a hidden gem and has such a large selection of goodies, good condition furniture and clothing, shoes, linen and kids stuff. Two staff today were so lovely and forgiving when my young son accidentally broke something. They checked to see if he was ok as the most important thing and that meant a lot to me. “Zipped into Big W today to print photos for this project. My heart sunk when I saw a que of 30 plus at the check outs. A huge thank you and congratulations to Ross at the photo shop counter. I had some technical challenges which he resolved quickly with a smile behind his mask. He then jigged my order to enable it to be printed there and then. Exceptional service. Next, off to the service counter to return a item. Again, outstanding service by the young man there. Sorry I didn’t catch your name. He not only processed my return, but processed some new purchases meaning I missed the line up at the front. The staff are all working so hard and they are doing a great job. Congratulations boys. Took it back and this time talked to someone who knew what they were talking about. He really explained the pros and cons of each model and really helped me make the right choice. I strongly advise asking to speak to someone who is knowledgeable about the device you are looking for. Worth asking what the best price is too as sometimes there us leeway. She gave us all her time to explain everything we wanted to know about the tempur adjustable bed range. Her unmatched knowledge of the bed range impressed me. I'm a bit disappointed that they don't have the full range in store as there was a dress and a blazer I really wanted to try on and likely purchase but apparently they don't get a lot of the clothes in store, which really sucks as I don't like to have to return items from online shopping.
