"Do not rent through these guys! We moved to Toowoomba looking to buy a house and rented a house through Professionals for roughly 2 years before doing so. The house was a bit rough round the edges but we didn't intend on staying as long as we did. When we moved in there were red dirt stains on carpets, walls, tiles etc. Poor plaster patching and rough paint all over walls and ceilings. We contacted the real estate about the front and back lawns being that there was next to no grass and the wind was blowing red dirt all over and all through the house. We asked for turf to be laid and we're denied. We ended up paying for and fixing the yards ourself with turf and seed. Upon moving out me and my partner paid to stay an extra week after moving all our items out to give things a good clean. We may as well not have we got all our bond taken after of work. They complained about the red dirt in the outdoor area for God sake, I acid pressure washed that unsealed concrete for over 6 hours! How's this.. they tried to charge us for a locksmith because we left our keys on the bench on a sunday because they are closed. We asked, why didn't you just use the keys for the house? They replied, 'we couldn't get in because you patched the flyscreen we had been shoving our fingers through to get in'. We had been thinking people had been trying to break in..? They also had been telling plumbers/sparks etc to obviously do it. They even complained about the oil stains in the garage we never once parked a car in."
