"I do not recommend and will never use again. Recently moved from Victoria to Tasmania and used Kent Removals. Items were stored locally in Tas for a few months with Kent and then delivered out to me. Somewhere between Vic and here they have stacked heavy items on top of my clothes dryer and buckled the top. I asked for them to replace my dryer with a new equivalent dryer as they have caused the damage with how they stacked the items. They sent me a form and asked me to get quotes then after reviewing they then said that as I had insurance that it had to go through that. They want me to claim on my insurance (excess to pay of $1000 and new dryer is worth $500!) This should be covered by Kents own insurance as it was their staff that have caused this. I am now left with a damaged dryer and its tough luck for me! Thanks alot Kents!"

"I would like to give more but can't. Container they used to move me, had a hole in it. The water that came inside from rain, ruined two rugs. Nov 14th 2022. After numerous calls to many different people, about returning my rugs after cleaning them, they are still missing and no answers. Its nearly 3 months now, and this is not good enough. It is also impossible to phone and get thru to Welshpool depot."

Our goods then went onto Brisbane storage in August 2021 until , our home in Hervey Bay was completed on 4 March 2022. Rebecca, in the office in Brisbane, was always helpful and courteous whenever I had need to speak with the Kent Removals Company in Brisbane. The delivery men who delivered our goods from storage to home were again, very polite, helpful men and nothing was a trouble for them.
