Woolworths Eastlands (Tasmania)

"Woolworths raise the price then discount back to the original price and claim they are lowering prices. The only time prices are lowered is when the supplier is forced to drop their price. Woolworths makes sure their profit margins are unaffected but pretend to care about the customer. They care more about the management bonuses and shareholders while hanging the customers out to dry."

"Great location, good selection of goods and yet poorly managed. Some staff members’ attitudes are beyond rude. I pointed out one item’s price was incorrect and was told by a middle aged tall ish brown staff member at self check out “you need to do a price check” and I had to go back to the aisle and photograph. Same staff, decided to reply his messenger while I was in need his help, and put his cleaning cloth on top of my items. Didn’t bother to pick it up while I was packing up, until I had to interrupt him from texting and asked him to move it. Will go to Coles more often instead of coming back here."

"Shopping in Eastlands today I was trying to get down an isle past pickers and what I thought was just a general customer I thought the customer was moving in enough for me to squeeze past as I did this she moved back out then turned and said "you could have said something"I chose not to retaliate as I did not want a confrontation. I continue walking the next thing I was crashed into from behind elbowed by a staff member while another yelled its all about communication ay Julie. The person who I thought was a customer was obviously a staff member. Later Julie purposely parked her picker cart infront of me at the freezers so I had to manouver around it. I am sure it is all on camera .I am considering an assault charge. I have spent thousands at this store been a customer for years ...not any more I will shop elsewhere I am 62 I should be able to shop safely without this sort of treatment from staff"

"Lovely fresh produce beautifully presented. The shop is very clean and well designed. The Staff were approachable and very helpful and even phoned other branches for my obscure needs with one particular item..always easy undercover parking"
