"We moved with Allied from Launceston ( Tasmania) to Chile. We had bad experience from the beginning. The team were smoking outside and they didn’t care if the smoke went inside the house. When they finished the job they left their rubbish ( food and bottles)in the garage. I had to ask to be removed. Very disrespectful. After 5 1/2 months ( 05/23) my stuff arrived … luckily we had insurance for most of the important furniture and appliances, because some of them need to be repaired. Actually our bed head arrived in 2 pieces. Unfortunately, we didn’t have insurance for a mac computer keyboard that didn’t arrive, so we just lost it. That was our experience I m afraid."

"Moved from Gold Coast to Launceston, TAS - with storage in TAS. Pick up in Gold Coast was fabulous. Professional, efficient, packed glass, breakables etc and dismantled beds as we paid for. Launceston delivery end was appalling. Very little communication when trying to confirm a delivery day, further non communication when they were very late on delivery day. Guys were trying to rush furniture in as quick as possible - hence some ‘accidents’. No unpacking of breakables (already paid for). Had to be asked several time to assemble beds- begrudgingly done in the end (again, we had already paid for the service). ‘Lost’ a 3 seater leather lounge and frame of outdoor furniture setting. ‘Lost’ a vital bracket to assemble main bed hence we had to sleep on a spare bed. Lost items were eventually found after 2 weeks. Again no communication regarding search for missing items. Wooden base of spare bed scratched and gouged out. Glass on large print was smashed. No remorse or apologies from Allied."

"Hired Allied to move us from Tassie to Darwin. Guys doing the uplift arrived early ,were friendly and courteous and were very professional with the way they went about the job. The crew who unloaded in Darwin were great and unloaded everything in about an hour. As far as I could tell there were no damages and I would not hesitate to use Allied again."

"The service was great. I have a lot of paintings and ornaments - everything was carefully packed and arrived unscathed. From house to house interstate from Tas to NSW took 4 weeks (this was over Easter so would probably have been 3 without that). Good price, friendly & careful workers and Tory in the office is really efficient and always helpful. Thank you!"
