"I lost $180 in laser treatments and haven’t had anyone reach out and apologise to me, after being looked into.. and I have been a customer for 12 months.. I pre payed over a thousand dollars of treatments last year, and whilst booking each appointment I always double check my account still has all of my pre paid sessions on file.. (my online account has never worked and my sessions have never come up so I’ve never known how many I have left) when I booked my last appointment I was told my final 2 payed sessions were expiring so the reception changed the expiry for September of 2023 right there in front of me. I came to my next appointment and was laying on the table, I asked staff to double check my pre paid appointments as I was nervous there was no way I could pay up front that day. She told me that the sessions were expired and there was no way for me to get them back, she even asked me if I wanted to pre pay for any more. As far as The laser removal, it is successful but I found the treatment inconsistent. Some of the staff would be extremely thorough and other staff would rush through, taking as little as 5 minutes to complete a Brazilian, full legs and underarms. This resulted in me having extreme inconsistencies with the thickness of my hair. (I know that some patchy spots are normal) I’m lead to believe from family and friends that the services are often rushed over if you have already pre paid appointments."

Recently I had a bit of an issue (to no fault of the clinic) but I was dealt with in a professional and compassionate way. I definitely recommend this place! ☺️"
