"Usually i am reluctant to write a review unless the service and attention has been very good. In this instance my total experience with Dr Khalafallah Dr Al and his superb nursers and staff at the Launceston Specialist Care have not just been very good but absolutely outstanding. From my first appointment and now several visits for treatment mostly being infusions I am totally confident that my GP has referred me to the absolute best Specialist possible. I can not believe how quickly Dr Al deals with any problem and I have had a number in the first few weeks of treatment. In my experience it is firstly slow and sometimes difficult obtaining an appointment this was not the case here and telephone contact is instant with immediate follow up by Dr Al or his very well qualified and excellent staff. The workplace atmosphere created by Dr Al, his colleagues and staff is outstanding and it is obvious to me and other patients that everyone is very happy working at Specialist Care. Spending almost a full day on a drip is tedious at best but with the high level of camaraderie between patients and all staff the time goes quite swiftly. I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Dr Al, his colleagues and the entire establishment to any patients looking for first class professional care from every member of staff.
