"After his hearing tests, they give dad an appointment 2 weeks later to pick up his hearing aids. On the day of that appointment, while we are driving to Launceston (we don't live in Launceston) we receive a text saying the appointment is cancelled as the device hasn't arrived! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY for the inconvenience. The next appointment they giv is another 2 weeks from that date. They say it will surely arrive by then. Then again on the day of that 2nd appointment, they text 2 hours before the appointment saying the device still hasn't arrived. AGAIN NO APOLOGIES. We won't ever be going there again. And telling all our friends and family to keep away. As a GP, I won't be referring any patients to them ever."
