"My partner and I were doing our x ray. I am the one that was called first so she was still waiting for her turn. The lady that was attending me was great. No problems at all. As we on our way back home, she told me that two staff of the facility shouted and were very rude. One of the staff called her name then she went for that room. I do not know if she misheard her name or there is also a person whose name is the same with my partner. The 2 staff asked her name and they said that it is not her turn yet then they shouted and they were very rude. She even cannot defend herself at that time as she was very shocked when that happened. They should have atleast talk to her nicely when that time was happened. I was very frustated and disappointed with the customer service"
"The administration staff are rude and there are many elderly people having to stand outside due to the Covid restrictions. There needs to be chairs placed outside for patients or carers waiting and water offered on a day as hot as today is. Some common sense and even more importantly, some common decency and compassion is required."
