"Why is it that if I do an online order, which you respond saying it is ready that I get told to line up at the script counter, retelling the girl that I have to just collect the script as I have ordered it online she to tells me to re lineup at the collection counter. I have done this every month for ages. Please put a sign up online collections."
"A female staff member was very rude and unwilling to help me find a product that I was recommended to get from a chemist, I mentioned the name of the product and was told that they must not have it because she hadn't heard of it. She then asked me what it was for, so I started to explain it to her and she rudely cut me off before I could finish and told me to go to a health shop. I then went to Terri White Rockingham and they were very helpful in helping me find the product I was after and rhen told me that I could have got this at the Waikiki store."
