"Worst chemist warehouse I’ve stepped foot in. Some aisles were so blocked up with stock and empty boxes you couldn’t safely enter them. No customer service or even acknowledgement in the 15 mins I was in there. Spent ages trying to find things, but because the shelves were so messy and disorganised I gave up and walked across to their competitor who was clean, helpful and efficient."

"This branch of Chemist Warehouse is the worst I have ever been to. I normally buy Nature's Own Odourless 1500mg Value Packs (500 capsules) but they didnt have any in stock. Elisha one of the sales assistant/staff members helped me choose a similar product and recommended Swiss Odourless Super Strength 200mg 300 capsules as they were on special. I asked him if they were big as I had issues swallowing big capsules and he confirmed to me that if there was an issue with them then to return withing 7 days and they would refund/exchange for me. After opening the box at home, I saw that the capsules were big as suspected and I tried to swallow one but almost choked. So I decided to return to the shop. At the shop, I met Elisha and told him that the capsules were very big and dangerous as I almost choked and wanted to exchange or get a refund. He said he would have to talk to the Manager Ky who said that they couldnt refund or exchange as the container had been opened. I explained to him that Elisha had said that I could within 7 days if there was an issue and Elisha confirmed to him that he had said that, despite this, the Manager Ky refused to exchange/refund and said the policy was not to do so if the bottle was opened. I explained that if Elisha had told me that there would be no refund/exchange if the bottle was opened, then I wouldnt have purchased the bottle. Ky wouldnt budge and said if I had an issue to contact Swiss directly. Why should I when I purchased the product at Chemist Warehouse Girrawheen? This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, wouldnt recommend anyone buying anything here. I will be taking this matter with Chemist Warehouse Head Office, ,with Consumer protection and with Swiss if I am able to."
