He accused me of sealing the product with tape even though he was the one to open it upon purchase to make sure it was the correct product and seal it himself."

"I was charged incorrectly by $10. When I returned to store to claim refund, I was called a untrustworthy and liar in front of my kid by the store manager (Natalie). She refunded me once she has checked the store price tag. I felt humiliated for just pointing that I was cheated. Maybe I got this treatment because I got brown skin. Will never go back."
