"I don't understand how such a new store has such poor performance (dispensary) even calling on the phone I was left on hold for 10 mins just to check if a very common medication was in stock. It's not busy btw I came down to get it after, very slow dispensary for such a new store like slower than it should be.. staff is robotic and apathetic go elsewhere for your meds Other than that the store retail side I would say is pretty average and alright"
"Very poor customer service from the female pharmacist. Required a letter signed and dated after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Got to the front of the line and was told to wait so that other customers could get served before because my requirement wasn’t a priority."
"Great for perfumes and specials. Shocking service in dispensery. If you don't have enough staff to man both pick up and drop off prescription sections than maybe don't have them.. Dispensary staff, ignoring the waiting customers, expecting one young guy to carry the load, with 5 staff up the back looking ignorant."
"Always friendly and great selection. Great specials and there is an app to order products or scripts online for click and collect. Convenient. The smaller isles with boxed products on the floor waiting to be put on shelves make it hard to navigate if you have a trolley though."
