"The pharmacy is excellent, and I encountered no issues with parking, which was fantastic. The sweet lady pharmacist seemed really caring and concerned about what I needed and went out of her way to help. I don't remember her name, but it went something like Sipi. Although there is some potential for improvement in the pharmacy, I had an overall great experience."

"Super rude pharmacist. I dont know how she became a pharmacist without basic knowledge about skin infections. She is an elderly looking female with glasses. Piece of advise for you, be respectful towards everyone doesn't matter how we looks. You ruined my day with your rude attitude."

"Nice shop, great location! Discriminatory and racist staff who place a label on you based on your appearance before you even walk into the shop, by questioning you and standing in your way. A staff member there referred to my three year old son as a girl, a comment which was unnecessary and uncalled for! Today I went in there with my children and before I could enter the shop, a male security was standing in the door way at the entrance, asking me what I was looking for? I told him and he misdirection me to the wrong aisle. I managed to locate the item quickly on my own but it was not on sale at the same price as advertised on the Leda Chemist Warehouse website, so I proceeded to leave. I understand these two stores operate differently. Before I could make it near the door, the security approached me demanding to search throughout all the contents of my belongings, even going to the extent of calling a female staff member to assist him. When I turned on my phone camera, the female staff member quickly walked away and the security guard's demeanor towards me changed, even taking two steps back. The staff members there need to be educated and trained to be professional, do away with all racial prejudices, and treat everyone equally and with respect! Australia is a multicultural country, and so people should learn to live as such. Also get well trained security guards, not racist people in uniforms who labels every black person who walks through those doors as a thief/suspect and starts harassing them. I will be back, but till then, I hope the above changes are implemented. Let's do better!"

"I downloaded the App to use at this store. The App indicated that before I could use full functionality I had to visit the store and ask for a code?. I drove the the store at Kwinana. I went to the pay counter and asked a lady for a code. She didn’t know about it so called her boss. I was then instructed to go to dispensary. I asked for a code and was told that I had to give them a script to fill, and then they would give me a code. This was not mentioned in the App, after getting run around I left. Upon returning home I deleted the App, life is too short. Chemist warehouse you need to make your App user friendly especially if you want to attract new customers to your stores. And maybe train your staff in how to treat customers. I will stick with my old chemist, they at least look after me, and don’t make me jump through hoops. Doug Dixon"
