"I’m am so annoyed at the amount of money we have given to these useless, rude and incompetent staff. I have been over 10 times so it was not an isolated incident, had multiple problems with multiple appointments. They have called to cancel, have waited well over an hour when showing up 10 mins early for appointment, there staff have gotten multiple important dates and details wrong and the highly recommend Dr. Gitsham was googling things in my appointment and shoving me out the door when trying to ask important questions after beening there for only 5 mins. The receptionists are also very rude and can be nasty for no reason. Worth driving an extra hour to the hospital if you can. Have gotten 10 times better advice and care and it is free"
