"Lovely staff, zero waiting time and was extremely quick/easy to get my Drugs and Alcohol test for work. Had a good chat with the lady who carried it out and we both had some valuable information to share about Medical Cannabis. Surprisingly not many people at all have legit authority letter from the Health Department, the record was attached and processed correctly. Sonic HealthPlus neglected to follow correct procedures for the prescription where Western Diagnostics took all information as per the way it should."
"It's a scam, they have no rights to charge money from people who have symptom, even they have no medicare. But they charged me $75 without inform me, there is no information about I need pay before or after I went there to do covid test."
"Rude Pathologist I have come to this facility several times as my maternity clinic recommended to go here cause it is just around the corner. However, My first appointment was not the best experience— I’m always scared of injection so I always asked whoever does it including this pathologist to count down so I can prepare myself by taking a deep breath while doing it. She completely ignored my little request and decided to just give me a jab without a warning. It was the most painful jab I’ve ever taken if I’m allowed to exaggerate and I almost choked cause I was too shocked haha. It didn’t stop me going there. The second/third appointment was not a pleasant experience either— when I entered this facility there was only one patient inside and I thought he was done. So, I just had a little peak to the treatment room just to let the pathologist knew I was there. She rudely told me to wait so I did. Then I saw this patient left the facility as he was obviously done. So I asked her nicely if its my turn yet and she rudely told me off to wait again. I was just under the impression that she’s so slow and she loves doing unnecessary things so she doesn’t have to always do the patients at work. Finally I got in with her being moody and I didn’t even bother to pretend to be nice either. I still said thank you before I left tho. It didn’t stop me going there either as I went there again recently. The last appointment was the worst experience ever— Went there with my husband at 8am as a 3rd trimester pregnant woman who fasted the night before the blood test. When I walked in, the facility was full seated so I waited outside standing up (before deciding to have a seat in an upfront coffee shop). Then I got in an hour later and took my queue number. What a surprise that even number 1 queue was just about to be called after 9 am and as a number 5, I was called at almost 10am. When I got in, I didn’t expect anything until I knew my blood test would take 2 hours with injection every hour. Before the blood test started, we asked “Can we leave and come back an hour later?” She straightly said “no you cannot leave the facility” My husband responded nicely “But there is no seat available for us to wait. Do you have another waiting room?” Without bothering to think of what could have been done, she rudely said “No” My husband replied “Can we just waited outside in that 5 steps away cafe so we can sit down?” She rudely responded “No” My husband “but my wife is six months pregnant so she can’t stand up that long” Me adding “yeah sorry I can’t stand up any longer” Without any slight sympathy nor care, she rudely responded “You have to stand up” My husband then “You are so rude. It seems like we have to go to another place” She straightly said “ok” Then we left with anger and extreme disappointment. I still can’t believe what happened that day. She has no compassion nor sympathy just a bitter and rude person in general. Still wondering how she still works there. With that attitude, she is giving a bad representation for the business. Anyway, after several experiences we have decided to never go back there ever and we won’t recommend this facility to anyone. PS. She treated us like she gave us free blood tests while we literally have spent hundreds of dollars so we expect decent services as we treat others with decency as well."
"Urine sample placed in collection box on Monday 17th October FAILED to be reported on Thursday 20th prior to cancer treatment. No explanation or appology tough luck if your require this service from this facility. This was in Peel Health and required in oncology,"
"Open from 1pm to 4pm, today, 22-12-2021? Not from my experience today. And there were no "opening/closing time changes" discernable on their website. Excuses aside, one can be forgiven for thinking Western Diagnostics cares little as to their customer's welfare."
