"I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went In on the 17/04/2023 to have a date scan to see how far along pregnant I was. From the second I went into the ultra sound room the lady who performed my ultrasound was rushing my every move, i believe I was the last client of the day as I was in @4 and they close @5. Besides for telling me how to get ready for my scan the first thing she asked my partner and I was “if we were terminating the baby”. I was appalled and in shock, that should never be the first question asked. After me saying “no this is my first scan so I can have a due date she than began to perform the scan” she than didn’t say a word for half my scan, I was in shock that I could not see a baby as i was meant to be 12 weeks, I had to repeatedly ask her “why can’t we see anything” and her response was “ hang on a second I need to look further”. I then had to do an internal scan to see further. The same deal she did not speak to me I had to ask all the questions. I asked 5 times throughout the scan if everything was okay and each time she said “yep” I than got to the point where I had to ask “have I had a miscarriage” she than replied with “quiet possibly just hang on a second” Not once did this lady comfort me or make me feel comfortable, this is the such hard news for anyone to take in and it makes it a lot worse when the person doing the ultrasound treats you in this type of way. She should have advised me what she was seeing instead of making me lay there for 15 mins thinking as to why I can’t see anything. My partner and myself will not request this place to anyone and feel sorry for anyone who has ever had to deal with the judgment and lack of advice, comfort this lady gives. Just to top it off I had a appointment with my GP today to discuss the ultrasound results and they have still not sent them through, I had called them yesterday for my results and they told me they have been emailed to my GP."

"Was very disappointed in my treatment from my sonographer today. I have an Autoimmune condition, suffering from long covid and recently lost my daughter so I was feeling particularly vulnerable, my thinking was clouded but I didn't miss the smart "A" answer when I asked a genuine question. I mentioned I am very interested in ultrasound and asked some questions but I felt this was met with condescension. I believe this was unwarranted and I left there feeling belittled. All the way through my appointment I felt my service provider was scoffing at me. It was very uncomfortable and first time ever I have felt this way. I had good interaction with other staff and it was appreciated. Thank you."

"I went in for a steroid injection in my hip. The doctor was very nice and professional but the ladies were both fantastic. I am a wimp at the best of times when it comes to injections but I was kept informed all the way through the procedure and one of the ladies actually stood and held my hand. Thank you for your kind support, I will definitely be back again if I need to."
