"Had trouble locating the building as there are two Australia Wide Training Institutes in Toowoomba & my GPS took me to the wrong one. Rang for assistance and the girl on the phone was very unhelpful. They close the doors at 9am & because of this I missed the start. Very disappointed as I'm not from the area & it took me a while to get here. I want a refund."
