"Don't ever bother going there, it should be called out of stock works. Been going there for the past two years and every single time the tech I want is OUT OF STOCK although the website says that is in stock and you go there and yes it's out of stock. It would have to be the biggest tech joke on the planet. Even if you have to pay a bit more go somewhere else for all your tech needs."

"Just went in to the store to purchase a new powerbank after waiting for 20 minutes we were told there wasn't one available even though it was displayed on the shelf. We were then asked if we would like to see similiar products of which we weren't allowed to even look over said product to see if the specifications were what we were after. We were told that they had to hold the product and that we couldn't to prevent theft however the person who was holding it wasn't listening to our requests to view the specs. After asking the lady who was holding the product to show us the side which had the specs on it (of which she didn't listen to) she proceeded to say that we were being rude and demanding. Absolutely disgusting customer service making us out to be the ones in the wrong after patiently waiting for 20 minutes. More than 5 staff were waiting around at the counter holding not only us but the rest of the customers up in the meantime. Do better."

"Systematically misleads customers into believing they aren't entitled to a replacement when products are faulty. They acted unlawfully by saying I would need to speak to the manufacturer. This is simply not true. ACC clearly says that a consumer can speak to the seller or manufacturer. I spoke to head office who ensured me I was correct and they were misleading me. Not only did Jana (manager) and Tracey (supervisor) act unlawfully, they were rude and condescending. They weren't willing to hear me out. Spoke over me. And walked away mid when they decided the conversation was over. Very disappointed. Will be taking further action."

"I went to officeworks the other day to print a page and grab some paint pens to make a custom frame. While I was in the store, an older male staff member continued to follow me throughout the store. He was either doing it because he is creepy or he judged that from my alternative appearance I was going to steal the pens that I was holding. He also told other staff members to watch the “girl with the red hair”. Just to let you know Greg, I in fact did paid the lovely total of $15.88 for the paint pens. Watch your prejudices."

"I enjoy going to office works. I’ve often had questions and the staff go above and beyond to find a resolution. I know sometimes they are younger and new to the roll but that hasn’t stopped them from helping. Only criticism would be the photo area. So often the line up is huge with long waits but so few staff working. It’s been a long standing issue there, you’d think better staffing management would have been worked out by now."
