"Very poor customer service. Too slow to respond to our concern regarding the house for many years that we have been with them. Books in inspection time last minute sometimes. And just recently my parents wanted to break our lease as we moved into a new house, personally and in our own time, advertised the property on Facebook and accommodated customers interested in the property. And for some reason they approved someone who will be moving in 2 months later before our lease ends even though there are other people who are willing to move in ASAP. Therefore they want us to pay for a vacant house that can be settled in! BAD SERVICE TO THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS NOW!"
