"Loved our stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, only criticism is bsthrooms could use an update. A special shout out to Anna (bar twin) for her amazing customer service, an asset to the Novotel brand."

"My only criticism is they won't let you dine outside for breakfast when there's a great alfresco area that they keep locked so you can't get out. I asked to sit outside several times and my request was refused on each occasion. Very disappointing as the mornings here in Darwin are gorgeous!!"

"1st time my company has put us here and I really loved the Atrium foyer. Really cool with the plants and water feature. Meal was nice but typical of a hotel and a bit expensive only complait was the no gravy to have with the steak. Staff were polite."

"Pleasant staff , but an old, tired hotel. Hot water was barely lukewarm ( = super quick showers). Hot water fixed on the third day, but I had to ask twice. Shampoo was empty in the shower. Breakfast was just OK. On the second morning I went to Fannie Bay Cool Spot for an awesome breakfast. Room was clean, carpet looked like it was not vacuumed. Turned out to be paint. I think you can get better value for you money elsewhere in Darwin?"

"Lobby is amazing. Full of plants and a water feature stream. Staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel itself is in a good location, albeit a bit tired and showing its age. Rooms are fine and the beds are comfy. Parking out the back (open air) or underneath. Breakfast buffet is average with all the standard choices"
