"Happy with our stay, Friendly staff, room clean, beds very comfortable Only issue not much selection to watch on the TV. use too Foxtel. No computer access in the foyer for customers to log on for confirmation on flights."
"Very convenient location not too far to walk or even get an electric scooter to the water front restaurants. Great service. When we walked in the door at 1am we were greeted nicely. Clean and nice pool."
"Second time staying at this Hotel and never disappoints.. This time was a 3 night stay with my family of 4. We stayed in a townhouse, which had kitchen. 2 Adults, 2 teenagers. Was clean, neat and close to Shops. Pool was clean and lots of lounge chairs to chill on. Kids loved the pool and so did us adults. Reception staff were lovely, as was the Bar Staff. Room made up everyday. No complaints what so ever with stay… However, I really do think they could do a little bit better with the Gardens…"
"Room and stay was fine. Menu basic and underwhelming. The pool area is nice, but it is understaffed for the bar area with the one or two staff members starting at breakfast shift and still there for closing, which doesn't seem right.. but even though they looked stressed and overworked, they were doing a great job. Overall, I would have no problem with staying here again, I would just go elsewhere for dinner."
