"Booked the 3BR apt for a week. Apartment was reasonable good with a welcome pack of drinks and chocolate. Location was excellent with half view to inside beach and full view to the sea port of Darwin. We found the dish washer wasn't working and notified the office from the 1st day, however this was overlooked until the 4th day and never work during the full week we stayed. Midweek room service wasn't done as requested and when we call, the manager said he didn't remember the room number and said nothing he can do until the next day. We came back tired after a full day out and found the room hasn't been done and no fresh towers so it's very bad feeling. With the high price paid for this apartment, this error is unacceptable."

"We were only there for one night. The apartment had everything you wanted. We were on the first floor, and was a bit worried about the sound from restaurants below us however it turned out fine. For the price we paid we would have preferred an apartment on a top floor."

"Booked through Expedia and read great reviews that turned out belong to another company. Buyer beware with this one. No onsite check in we had to get back in a taxi and go across town to pick they key up. View from the balcony was nothing like the picture on our booking. Balcony furniture was bench seats so that you sit bolt upright while looking at the view of the other building. Spartan kitchen equipment, budget furniture. Just awful, do your homework and steer clear."
