"the internal team communication is very very very poor. I called earlier to check the stock, the male staff said there is one in stock and will keep it aside. in five minutes later, I came to the shop, waiting in line, then the female staff asked me to leave and said none in stock, I said I called earlier to check before I came, she asked me to talk to the male staff by myself, but he is on the phone, so I wait for him to finish the phone call and then he blamed me to cut off the line. it took very longer to get my pill and they take customer's patience for granted. they don't do any apologize. the whole waiting process is really long and uncomfortable, the whole communication is very annoy and embarrassing, if the team members can communication better in between of themselves, none of this would happened."
