When I purchase something that is expensive it would be really nice to know whoever is selling it to me has the expertise and knowledge to know what they are doing."

"My partner and I walked into the store about 3.20pm looking for something particular, the lady was rude and felt like she was rushing us. After 5 mins we asked her if she could cut a bit of foam for us to purchase. Her reply was ‘not really’ and then my partner replied it’s only 3.30pm and she said I’m the only one here and to come back tomorrow we only wanted a little bit of foam. My partner were the only ones in the store. She was unmotivated and just not nice walking into the store with the greeting we got."

"Lacking in Sales honesty... I purchased a mattress earlier this year for my wife and I to use as an everyday usage mattress and this was expressed to the sales person at the time of sale. Less that 4 months in the mattress had sunk and lost its shape. 9 months in and tired of waking with a sore back I called Clark Rubber to see whether there was some sort of warranty, or could possibly provide me with a discount to purchase a denser foam mattress that comes with a warranty, I was declined both options. The lack in warrantee is not why I am writing this post. Its because I was given an honest answer today over the phone that was not provided to me on the day of sale; that the mattress I purchased would only have 6 months life if to be used as an everyday mattress. If I knew this I wouldn't have purchased it and the sales person new this so why was I not advised of it. Not being provided the advice is as bad as providing the wrong advice in my book and I am extremely unhappy with the sales rep at Clark Rubber for not being upfront about the life I would get from this mattress before purchase. On a whole I would say I have had pleasant experiences at your store and with service but today I feel let down as a consumer with your sales lack in honesty."
