"Unfortunately, not a good experience. Management were very unhelpful with an exchange/refund of some Yeti products. (All receipts provided) Disappointing, as we have spent a lot of money with them and they made the whole process difficult enough to walk away from the store and not want to come back. Hoping it was just an off day for them, however we won’t be coming back again."
