Reviews
"This review is directed at 1 particular employee at this location, this young lady is always friendly, always happy to chat and has a good service skills.. I have had less than average service and food from this store, however whenever I am served by Abi I have never left disappointed nor had a bad meal.. the 5star service is direct at her and her alone.."
"Worst food, service and incompetence we have seen in any subway. By far. Mid made, basically empty sandwiches. Bread was stale had to take it back. Cassadilla not toasted everything cold inside. Slow AF service. Judgey looks when you take back your poorly made stale sandwich. Disgraceful."
"Easily the worst Subway in Darwin. Have been (Mistakenly?) Over-charged more than a couple of times and they always give the bare minimum in ingredients. Ordered 2 large salads with barely a handful of ingredients in both (Two slices of tomato and two slices of cucumber in each). Avoid this place if you can. Nightcliff Subway is way better."
"Slowest subway I've ever been to, two people in front of me in the line, no air con so was hot as balls and from walking in to getting my sandwich it took 35 minutes. The staff were moving in slow motion like they were asleep. 1pm and they refused to fill up the food containers just horrible experience"
"I would have given no stars if I had option. I would just say don't buy from this store. I just bought my fresh sub and when I was eating, a live fly came out of it. It is so disgusting and unhygenic. I would just ask anyone who is buying or ordering from this store to be very careful before buying. I would also like to draw the attention of health authorities to take a look on the maintenance of hygyne in the store."
