"You get a better bowl of Ramen in Sydney for $12. People in Darwin need to understand what being ripped off is ;). $15 top price for Ramen bowl. I appreciate it's an expensive place to operate. Ramen is a cheap dish though. You only get 1 chance with me. We aren't living in the dark ages. Add to that. This place has 3 seperate listings in Uber Eats under different names. So they are deceptive and they are a rip off. Enjoy :)"
"Quite yummy! As a Japanese food fan I was quite satisfied with the food. It's not dine-in restaurant quality, it's just a local eatery/take-away but did not disappoint. Got a selection of Gyoza, and while they weren't fried on the bottom they were steamed perfectly. Karaage had very nice flavour and texture, not a lot of sweet marinade but hints of it were there, the chicken was perfectly cooked. Takoyaki was crispy on the outside how it should be, so many eateries that offer takoyaki (this is all frozen food btw) never cook them properly, but no complaints here. Bento didn't include agedashi Tofu but helpful servings of everything else. The donburi however was excellent! Big sized pork cutlet, perfectly cooked eggs and sweetness all the way through. I think Ichi is still the best Japanese restaurant in Darwin by far, but if you want good food for a lot cheaper, give this place a try!"
"Ordered the teriyaki beef Benton. The food was bussen and the extra $5 for the miso soup, spring rolls and BEANS were the icing on top, it was originally $16.90. The customer service was extremely nice and the wait was 5 to 7 minutes. I shared it with a mate and we where set."
"This is one of my favourite Japanese restaurants. I always order the salmon and tuna donburi, which is always consistently delicious. I also ordered wagyu udon for the first time, which is also very tasty. The staff are nice and it's convenient that we can order via the app."
"Great little locally owned restaurant. I go here for my ramen and fried Udon when I can't be bothered going all the way into the city. Despite the neighbourhood being a bit rough, and a sizeable hole in one of the glass doors last time I visited, the owners are really trying to provide the best customer service and keep the business going. The meals don't have the fancy decorations (fried onion etc) some other ramen restaurants in town have, but they don't really need to. The staff are always friendly and always have my meal ready on time. Although they appear on Menulog, UberEats etc, this seems to be more of a marketing tool for this restaurant. Tip: call the restaurant and order directly to get your meal cheaper than the UberEats or MenuLog price :)"
