Reviews
"Serious ramen perfection here, and the side dishes are equally superlative at Hakusho. It's tucked away near Dinah Beach, but well worth the effort to find."
"A restaurant fit for all who’s looking for a hearty Japanese/ Korean meal. We decided to go for Japanese today so ordered the Spicy Ramen and Unagi set with Pork Gyoza (we forgot to take a photo because it looked so delicious and we couldn’t resist eating it). Highly recommended to stop by if you’re looking for some ramen in Darwin. Will visit again."
"Very nice food and drink. The homemade haku tako was amazing. I also love the texture of the ramen. Better to go with some friends so that you can order more food. They all look delicious. Highly recommended."
"Best Ramen in all of Darwin. The broth was beautiful, absolute soul food. We couldn’t pick a favourite - both the spicy and miso flavours were absolutely delicious. Thank you we will definitely be back again!"
"Get there hungry because you will want order everything! The service was impeccable - attentive, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions and help about the menu. As for the food, I can't say enough good things about it! The lemon ice tea was refreshing and had just the right balance of sweetness and tartness. The bibimbap was a beautiful medley of fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked rice, while the miso ramen was hearty and flavorful. And the pork katsu was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just as it should be! They have a homemade kind of fish cake entree with wasabi mayo you must try! Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Japanese/Korean fusion cuisine and top-notch service. I will definitely be back!!!"
