"Ordered delivery, they were happy to take my money but never answer a call and then didn't deliver a singular pizza after 3 hours of trying to contact them. Was staying overnight and needed dinner between connecting flights. Refused to refund the money. Should have ordered dinner elsewhere. Disgusting business ethics."
"I always given good reviews for this local store, however my last order a few days ago the delivery driver did not read my instructions to leave order under back verandah on top step at door. Instead it was left in the driveway with no shelter had it rained next to a garbage bin. When I rang the store after 30 minutes late they said it was delivered. Looked where I told them to place order but no it was in rain next to garbage on a small unsheltered step on the other side of the house, with flies and ants in the pizza box. The box was not tightly together which allowed flies in. Yes they did replace my order, however, this was a joke."
"Previously ordered a few pizza’s, smaller than expected and arrived cold. No worries, probably just took a while to get out to my delivery location. Second time ordering, knowing how small the regular pizza’s are, we call and order the large pizza’s, enough to feed 8 guys... Well the pizza’s arrived, rather cold, but disappointingly small again, even asking for the large ones. Called the shop and passed around three times, explaining the situation to each person. Manager finally gets on the phone, and offers to get us another one. So under the great impression that they’re gonna make up for the small pizza’s. He goes on asking for another $26, after we just paid them $61 for their small pizza’s.. My recommendation, if these regular pizza’s are understood as a “large” simply call these Regular. Your New Yorkers are the large(larger) pizza’a. Just wasting time and customer satisfaction. Customers, don’t waste your time and do the drive of an extra 5-10 minutes to get a fresher and genuine customer experience at a different dominoes."
