Situated in a gated community, this brand new home boasts absolute beach frontage, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and enjoy the breathtaking views of Picnic Bay. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this peaceful part of Magnetic Island and experience the true essence of island living.

Featuring 2 ensuites, 2 additional bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities, Magnetic Daze ensures that all your needs are met during your stay. The entire home is fully air-conditioned, providing a comfortable environment for all guests. Additionally, the property offers a pool and off-street parking within the gated community.

Picnic Bay itself is a place that takes you back in time, offering a simpler and more relaxed way of life. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach to the historic jetty, where you can try your luck at fishing. If cooking isn't on the agenda, the nearby Picnic Bay Hotel & RnR Bistro provide excellent dining options. The bedding configuration at Magnetic Daze includes 1 queen bed in bedrooms 1, 2, 4, and 5, and 2 single beds in bedrooms 3 and 6. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian, and schoolies or school leavers will not be accepted.

We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. For direct bookings, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are eligible for a full refund, less any card fees. In the event that Covid-19 restrictions prohibit travel, a full refund, less any card fees, will be provided. General cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, less a 25% deposit.

However, please note that the kitchen may not be fully equipped for specific cooking needs, so it is advisable to bring any specialized equipment you may require.
