"Visiting Russel Island and went in to get takeaway for dinner. The service was great. Our order was quite large and they were very busy. One meal was missed off the order.They were very apologetic and rectified it straight away and also gave us another free meal to make up for the mistake . The food was so good too. "This shop has gone down hill so fast in the last few months. Was very good in the past when run by the owners and now it is run by managers. The prices are high for takeaway and an additional charge for card on top makes it considerably more expensive and the quality and service have gone down to rock bottom. We were regular customers but I doubt we will frequent it anymore. The garlic prawn pizza was terrible with raw bottled garlic and bitter tasting. We will make our own Friday night pizzas at home from now on and not bother to go back"
