"4 or 5 visits all bad, would estimate 50% of pizza matter ive bought was inedible. All sorts of ways undercooked hard, burnt got a cheese lovers with 3/4 of the cheese on the cardboard. I in part blame myself the first time was on school holidays so the 14yrs olds had 0 idea. Been at least 3 months ive almost forgetten how bad it was, so i mite order again soon. 35+ good years with others pizza hut stores. Surely there has to be one time it doesnt feel like a complete waste."
"Save your $ and go elsewhere for a sitdown meal. Store manager stuffed up and we got no food despite 1h lead time on phone order. Tried to resolve 2x in friendly way but manager brushed us off. No smile, no apology, no solution offered even though he admitted he "forgot" to check the order. Lame excuse that he also conveniently forgot to take a phone number so couldn't contact us when an issue was discovered. We nicely protested by saying we were disappointed and we will not go back and manager nodded saying ok. We said we would make a complaint to franchise customer service and he said ok sure whatever. This is one hopeless case!"
"I ordered my food and it took 2hrs to be delivered. No fault of the driver. We ordered m2 lrg pizzas a side and drink and ended up with 2 under 9inch pizzas. We attempted to contact store and the line cuts out each time."
"Ordered at 6pm on a Wednesday night and it took 53 minutes for them to get the order ready. Shop was not busy. No apology. Order was placed on the counter and the staff member just stared at me like I was a mind reader. Pizza was soggy when I got it home. Will drive to Ipswich next time as it will be quicker than waiting here."
"The 5 star reviews must come from family and friends of the owner or workers. 1st and last time will be ordering pizzas from here. The two pizzas that we got well i'm pretty sure the pictures speak for themselves, one was under cooked and with both someone went to trigger happy with the sauce the pizza that was actually cooked the topping just slid off. We sent them back and had them re made they wern't much better but we ate half of one pizza just ended up being to oily and still a little to much sauce. I'm also suprised they sent the pizzas out looking the way they did."
