Pizza Napoli Everton Park

"Ordered via Door Dash. Food was delivered, but my pizza was missing from the order and as such I went hungry (the order was sent knowingly that the pizza was missing, as they added a can of Coke No Sugar and an ice cream sandwich (a vegan one, no less, when the pizza that wasn't made was a meatlover's, great job there folks!) as if that was adequate compensation for not bothering to make someone's pizza). For the others who got their pizzas, they said the food was horribly overpriced for what it was, and was mediocre at best. Toppings looked rather sparse for the price, and the flavour wasn't anything spectacular. Got my money back on the missed item through Door Dash, but that's not the point. You pay money, you expect to get your food. Avoid this place at all costs, they obviously don't care about their customers. Response to the restaurant's response: An ice cream and a soft drink can as a substitute for a pizza? How does that add up? Certainly not in context of the price of the pizza. I couldn't care less about your excuses and your empty apologies. I've known restaurants my friends have ordered through delivery services contact people to confirm orders in case they're out of what people ordered to get an alternative or to confirm a specific order item, so I don't buy that excuse. I wouldn't eat at your establishment now if you paid me."

"Unfortunately it appears as if the ownership has changed. This pizza is nothing like previous experiences - the base used to be authentic and tonight’s was bland, cardboard texture. I find it hard to believe the positive recent reviews, especially if they had he same base we had tonight. Wasn’t a tasty pizza at all. We’re disappointed as this was a favourite place for us."

"Such a shame... They were so good for many years. I don't know what happened but they have changed to menulog deliveries and the pizza base is bland as white bread now. I am now charged more for considerably worse pizza and late delivery (last order took 90 minutes as opposed to 20) and was cold when it finally arrived. Unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer."

"Ordered delivery, had to wait over an hour, pizzas were, lukewarm, at best. It took us ringing to find out how far our pizzas were, if your food is going to be that long, you need to call your customers. Not only that, we ordered a drink and it wasn't delivered. Pizza sauce is bland as is the garlic bread. Not gonna be buying from them again, can tell you that."
