"I've been in this park a number of times, old park but suitable for our needs. Close to shops, supermarkets etc. Unfortunately, we were only there 2 nights this trip and was raining on and off the whole time, which made everything uncomfortable, not anything to do with the park. Amenities block we used was serviceable and clean, staff nice, overall everything was good. Sign's saying lock everything up when not in use. However, we had no issues. Additional Park was extremely full."
"Lovely ammenities - never had to wait for bathroom. Fantastic hot showers. Shame the female staff was aggressive when I used the dump point. No signs to say not to park on grass, despite dump point being 30 centimetres from the grass. Wayne was very accommodating to help us find a flat, spot to park our van for four nights. Shame about the weather and all the mud."
"Camping in a rooftop, we were able to book in last minute but were placed in an overflow area, right near the road and next to a canal. The sites are very small and not big enough for a car and a van and pricey at $55 for a powered site in the overflow area The pool is nice and the amenities clean and tidy but a bit of a walk from the overflow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. People use the canal as a shortcut and some sketchy people hang out along there and we felt very unsafe. The noise from the road was loud and constant so don’t expect a good night sleep. I’m sure if we were able to stay in the main part of the park this review would be quite different."
"Good location and close to town. Perhaps a little too close for nocturnal visitors. Sites were small and very close, and after a rain event, the drainage was ordinary."
