"EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL! Please do not even consider this business, there are far better ones out there. They recently did some plumbing work for my parents. My mum wanted to replace the basins(sinks) from our two bathrooms as well as install two shower heads and a kitchen tap. Firstly, they installed the shower heads TOO HIGH. The plumber didn't even consult the height of the shower heads with my mum before installing, my parents are asian and they had trouble reaching it after it was installed. In the photo it shows how close it is to the shower backsplash. Secondly, they got the measurements of the basins WRONG even though they came around TWICE beforehand to obtain measurements from both sinks. The plumber removed one of the basins AND THEN REALISED the one he's gonna replace it with is THE WRONG SIZE. So we were left that day without a sink in one of our bathrooms and another, incorrectly installed. He said he will come back the following morning to fix it, AND HE NEVER DID. Not a call about it, nothing. My mum had to be the one to follow him up. The only thing that was kind of satisfactory was the installation of our kitchen tap, and even then, it was installed crooked and loose. We were ghosted for a couple of weeks meaning we didn't have a sink in our main bathroom for three weeks. A month later, Michael follows us up with the bills for the service. He claims that although the job was done terribly, we still needed to pay for the plumber's labour. We told him we were only willing to pay for the installation of the kitchen tap. He sent my mum the list of expenses THROUGH MESSAGE, not even a proper invoice, totally unprofessional. Also unprofessional - today Michael came over to get the shower heads back (because we bought and installed our own). While doing so, he also uninstalled the kitchen tap without telling my mum and left without notice. So now we don't have a kitchen tap. Thanks Michael! What kind of business deals with their customers like this? Please do yourself a favour and stay away from them."
