"I engaged ANJ twice in a year's time for my Fridge repair costing me $600. The first repair lasted a few months but I started having cooling issues with my fridge soon after the second repair. Once contacted they told me that another part needs replacement which was very expensive. Instead of rushing through the repair process they should diagnose the appliance with due diligence and advise customer if it is worth repairing the appliance. Sometimes a customer would be better off buying a new one instead of wasting money on the existing appliance. I would say that their rates are very high and you could get same quality of work at a lower price in the market. ANJ please don't be offended by this review. You should use customer's feedback to improve your quality of service. Good day!"

"My partner was home when Jason from ANU arrived he said he was an absolute gentleman to deal with and gave a great service and great options for the predicament we were in. He found him extremely apathetic to our situation and was very fair in helping us solve our problem. One one occasion they suggested on balance not proceeding with the repair because it would be throwing good money after bad. I appreciated the honesty.
